There are teams that race as part of the peloton and then there are teams that scan the horizon looking for signals nobody else can hear.

From Stage 16 onwards at this year’s Giro d’Italia, EF Pro Cycling will race in a special-edition Muc-Off helmet collaboration. A project born somewhere between science fiction, obsession, and outright speed.

Boldness has always been rewarded in cycling. Riders often operate at the outer limits of human performance. So, when EF and ASSOS launched a kit inspired by signals from another world, we knew the helmets had to match the energy.

Designed to look like it landed here from somewhere faster.

At Muc-Off, we’ve always embodied the willingness to ask “what if?”. Whether that’s developing cutting-edge performance products, creating disruptive designs, or building partnerships with teams brave enough to challenge convention.

The ASSOS “Ride In Peace” collection was built around the idea that elite engineering and visual identity can evolve together, not independently. We see cycling the same way. Speed without attitude is forgettable. Innovation without imagination is just noise.

So from Stage 16, the helmets become part of the signal.

Because while some teams are trying to survive the Giro…
we’re out here searching for out-of-this-world performance.
