Radvent 2024 Competition Terms & Conditions:

  • The competition is open to residents of all countries excluding the United States and Canada aged 18 years or over. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  • By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • The following entrants are not allowed to enter:
  • Muc-Off staff or any company involved in the organisation, management, promotion, or administration of the competition or its entry routes or donation of prizes or their agents or subsidiaries.
  • Any company involved in any capacity in the sponsorship of a competition or competition prize.
  • No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  • The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  • The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
  • The winner(s) will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents. The promoter’s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
  • The winner(s) will be notified by email with 3 weeks of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  • The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  • The winner(s) agree to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Twitter, or any other social network. You are providing your information to Muc-Off Limited and not to any other party.
  • The promoter is Muc-Off Limited [company no. 05412872] whose registered office is at Unit 23 Branksome Business Park, Bourne Valley Road, Poole, Dorset, England, BH12 1DW.
  • The opening time for entries is 00:00 GMT Friday 13th December 2024 and closing time is 11:59 BST Tuesday 24th December 2024 and. Entries received before or after this time will not be counted.
  • By entering the competition entrants warrant that all information submitted by them is true, current, and complete.
  • Muc-Off reserve the right to end this competition.
  • Entries are limited to one entry per person per day for the duration of the competition live dates. The maximum number of entries is twelve per person. Entries received that exceed this limit will be invalid and will not be entered into the competition.

DISCOUNT CODES

  • Discount codes are 1 use per customer, unless otherwise stated.
  • Only 1 discount code can be used per order.
  • Discount codes cannot be used on Gift Cards
  • Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer (including already discounted bundles).
  • Muc-Off reserves the right to refuse any code that they deem invalid or fraudulent.
  • Offers and discounts are not exchangeable for cash and are non-transferable. Returned items will be refunded at the discounted price paid. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • If the discount is applied and the order price is reduced below the minimum shipping costs, any free shipping will be removed.
  • Muc-Off reserves the right to (i) cancel discount codes at any time; (ii) cancel or refuse any individual's benefit from them; (iii) amend these terms and conditions; and (iv) limit the number of code redemptions online.
  • Discount codes do not affect postage unless otherwise stated.
  • Postage is calculated after discount codes are added.
  • During sale periods Muc-Off reserves the right to deactivate discount codes.

Discount codes on the Muc-Off website cannot be used with Technical (MTB) Apparel or items all ready at a discounted price.

 

FREE GIFTS (when available)

Free gifts are:

  • Limited to 1 per qualifying order.
  • While stocks last. We have a limited number of stock, so when it is gone, it is gone.
  • Added to your order in the basket automatically, unless stated otherwise.

We hold the right to remove free items that have been added to orders that do not qualify for free gifts without prior notice.

FACTORY SUPPORT

Muc-Off reserves the right to select competing athletes to take part in the Factory Support Program. Successful applicants will be given 40% discount on all Muc-Off.com purchases excluding previously discounted bundle offers. Factory Support athletes must provide Muc-Off with a minimum of 20 images per calendar year for Muc-Off branded social media / blog use. Muc-Off Factory Support athletes must also post Muc-Off provided stickers on agreed bicycle/car/motorcycle locations.

 

PAYMENT

The total cost of each order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery charges based on the selected delivery service. Customers are responsible for confirmation that they are authorised for the selected payment method. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of a payment card refuses authorisation for any reason Muc-Off will not be held liable for any shipment delay or non-delivery. Muc-Off reserves the right to cancel any orders for products placed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing.

 

SECURITY AND PRIVACY

Muc-Off is committed to protecting the security and privacy of all customers, and, as such, customer details, including but not limited to: customer name, address and credit card information will not be shared with any third party under any circumstances. Muc-Off uses a secure server when accepting order payments in order to ensure customer protection. Customer information may be transferred to servers in the United States. Should any third party procure unauthorised access to any data, Muc-Off will not be held liable for any loss or damages. PRIZE DRAWS

Muc-Off prize draws are open to entrants over the age of 18, except for employees of Muc-Off Ltd. and their immediate family, and excluding entrants from countries, states or legal jurisdictions where such prize draws (as defined under English law) are not permitted.

Prize draws are operated by Muc-Off Ltd, 23 Branksome Business Park, Branksome, Poole, Dorset, BH12 1DW, United Kingdom and any prize draw is governed by English law, with any disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

Muc-Off Ltd. reserves the right to substitute a prize or any part of it for other items of equal or greater value for any reason, including but not limited to stock availability, lost shipments and international shipping restrictions on some products.

Prizes will be dispatched to winners via Fedex, UPS, DHL or similar depending on the country unless otherwise stated. We will not be liable for any prizes which are lost, delayed or damaged in the post for reasons beyond our control.

Muc-Off Ltd. reserves the right to alter, amend or end this prize draw without prior notice at any time.
