Using the capsule is straightforward: Riders simply need to remove any debris from the puncture, select the appropriate size worm and ream the hole to prepare it for the plug. Itâs then a case of inserting the worm through the tool (The tool can also be pre-loaded for speed) and inserting the tool into the hole, before twisting to secure the plug. Finally, the tyre just needs to be inflated and the excess rubber trimmed off â then itâs straight back to the action.
