Step 1 — Clean
- Rinse:Use the pressure washer’s fan lanceor a gentle hose to knock off loose crud. Keep the spray wide and moving.
- Foam:Cover frame and components with Bike Cleaner. Let it dwell.
- Agitate:Work from top to bottom with the Premium Brush Kit—use the correct brush for each part of the bike.
- Drivetrain deep-clean:Fill the X-3 Dirty Chain Machinewith Drivetrain Cleanerand run the chain through until it’s sparkling.
- Rinse againand dry:Sheet water off with the fan lance or use Microfibre Cloths.

Step 2 — Protect
Protection keeps corrosion at bay and makes the next wash faster.
- Mask brakes:Fit Disc Brake Coversto guard against overspray.
- Mist Bike Protect:Light coat on frame and components (avoiding braking surfaces), then buff. Bike Protectleaves a protective layer that helps repel grime.
- Remove coversbefore you roll.
