Muc-Off Freebie Friday Competition (19 June 2026)
1. PROMOTER
The promoter is Muc-Off Limited (Company No. 05412872) whose registered office is at Unit 23 Branksome Business Park, Bourne Valley Road, Poole, Dorset, England, BH12 1DW ("Promoter" or "Muc-Off").
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By entering this competition, entrants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
3. ELIGIBILITY
3.1 The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over worldwide, except where prohibited or restricted by applicable local laws or regulations.
3.2 Employees of Muc-Off, its subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, agents, professional advisors, advertising and promotional agencies, and any other companies associated with the administration of this competition, together with their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to enter.
3.3 Entrants are responsible for ensuring that participation in this competition is lawful in their country, state, territory, or jurisdiction of residence.
4. ENTRY PERIOD
4.1 The competition opens at 3:00 PM BST on Friday 19 June 2026.
4.2 The competition closes at 11:59 PM BST on Tuesday 1 September 2026.
4.3 Entries received before or after the stated entry period will not be accepted.
5. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, participants must:
• Like the competition post on Instagram;
• Follow @mucoff and @mucoff.road on Instagram; and
• Tag a friend in the comments section of the competition post.
5.2 Each separate comment tagging a friend constitutes one entry.
5.3 Entrants may submit multiple entries by posting additional comments, provided each comment tags at least one genuine Instagram account.
5.4 Automated entries, bulk entries, entries generated by script, bot, macro, AI automation, or other automated means will be disqualified.
5.5 No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
5.6 Entry is only valid through the official Instagram competition post published by Muc-Off.
6. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive:

7. PRIZE AVAILABILITY, SUBSTITUTIONS & DELIVERY
7.1 The prize package is subject to product availability at the time of prize fulfilment.
7.2 If any advertised prize item becomes unavailable, discontinued, delayed, restricted for shipment, or otherwise cannot reasonably be supplied, Muc-Off reserves the right to substitute that item with a product of equal or greater value.
7.3 Muc-Off reserves the right to amend the composition of the prize bundle where necessary due to stock availability, manufacturing delays, supply chain disruption, product updates, shipping restrictions, customs requirements, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
7.4 The winner acknowledges that delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance processes, carrier delays, stock availability, and local import requirements.
7.5 Muc-Off shall not be liable for delays in delivery caused by events outside its reasonable control.
7.6 Any customs duties, import taxes, local fees, or charges imposed by the winner's country of residence may be the responsibility of the winner where legally applicable.
7.7 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
8. WINNER SELECTION
8.1 One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
8.2 The draw will be conducted using an independent random selection process or software-based randomisation method.
8.3 The Promoter's decision is final and binding. No correspondence regarding the outcome of the competition will be entered into.
9. WINNER NOTIFICATION
9.1 The winner will be contacted via direct message from the official @mucoff Instagram account within twenty-one (21) days of the closing date.
9.2 The winner may be required to confirm eligibility, age, identity, and delivery details before the prize is awarded.
9.3 If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, cannot be contacted, declines the prize, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, Muc-Off reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
10. PUBLICITY
10.1 By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Muc-Off may use their first name, Instagram handle, country of residence, and prize acceptance for the purpose of administering the competition and announcing the winner.
10.2 Any additional publicity participation shall only occur where permitted by applicable law and, where required, with the winner's consent.
11. DATA PROTECTION
11.1 Personal data supplied during the course of this competition will be processed solely for the administration of the competition, prize fulfilment, legal compliance, and related legitimate business purposes.
11.2 Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Muc-Off's Privacy Policy.
11.3 Entry into this competition does not automatically subscribe entrants to marketing communications unless they separately opt in.
12. DISQUALIFICATION
Muc-Off reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
• Breaches these Terms & Conditions;
• Uses fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or automated methods of entry;
• Provides false or misleading information;
• Attempts to manipulate the competition process; or
• Acts in a manner that could damage the reputation of Muc-Off or the competition.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muc-Off shall not be liable for:
• Lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, or misdirected entries;
• Technical failures affecting entry submission;
• Any inability to participate due to technical or network issues;
• Any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. RIGHT TO AMEND OR CANCEL
Muc-Off reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend, or terminate the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, fraud, legal or regulatory requirements, force majeure events, supply chain disruption, or any event that prevents the competition from being conducted fairly.
15. INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing information to Muc-Off Limited and not to Instagram or Meta.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising in connection with this competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in the entrant's country of residence provide otherwise.
