1. Teilnahmeberechtigung
• Das Gewinnspiel steht Personen mit Wohnsitz in Deutschland offen, die mindestens 18 Jahre alt sind.
• Eine Teilnahme ist kostenlos und nicht vom Kauf eines Produkts abhängig.
• Mit der Teilnahme erklären sich die Teilnehmenden mit diesen Teilnahmebedingungen einverstanden.
• Von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen sind:
– Mitarbeitende der Muc-Off Limited,
– Unternehmen, die an der Organisation, Durchführung oder Bereitstellung des Gewinns beteiligt sind,
– sowie deren Angehörige.
2. Aktionszeitraum
• Das Gewinnspiel beginnt am 1300 CET, Donnerstag 9th April 2026.
• Teilnahmeschluss ist am 23:59 CET, Freitag 17th April 2026.
• Teilnahmen außerhalb dieses Zeitraums werden nicht berücksichtigt.
3. Teilnahme
Die Teilnahme erfolgt über YouTube und Instagram.
Um teilzunehmen, müssen Teilnehmende:
– Dem offiziellen deutschsprachigen Muc-Off Instagram-Account folgen;
– Die im jeweiligen Gewinnspiel-Content beschriebenen Schritte ausführen.
• Die Teilnehmenden müssen zum Zeitpunkt der Gewinnerauswahl sowohl Abonnent des YouTube-Kanals als auch Follower des Instagram-Accounts sein.
• Der Veranstalter behält sich vor, die Erfüllung der Teilnahmevoraussetzungen zu überprüfen.
• Pro Person ist nur eine Teilnahme zulässig, sofern im Gewinnspiel-Content nichts anderes angegeben ist.
• Automatisierte Teilnahmen, Mehrfachaccounts oder Manipulationsversuche führen zum Ausschluss vom Gewinnspiel.
• Für technische Störungen oder Ausfälle übernimmt der Veranstalter keine Haftung.
4. Gewinn
Der Gewinn besteht aus einem Muc-Off Produktbundle.
• Das Bundle enthält eine Auswahl an Muc-Off Produkten, die vom Veranstalter festgelegt wird.
• Die genaue Zusammenstellung ist abhängig von Verfügbarkeit und Lagerbestand zum Zeitpunkt der Versendung.
• Es besteht kein Anspruch auf bestimmte Produkte, auch wenn diese im Gewinnspiel-Content gezeigt oder erwähnt werden.
• Eine Barauszahlung, ein Umtausch oder eine Übertragung des Gewinns ist ausgeschlossen.
• Der Veranstalter behält sich vor, einzelne Produkte durch gleich- oder höherwertige Alternativen zu ersetzen.

5. Gewinnerermittlung und Benachrichtigung
• Der Gewinner oder die Gewinnerin wird nach dem Zufallsprinzip unter allen gültigen Teilnahmen ermittelt.
• Die Entscheidung des Veranstalters ist endgültig.
• Die Benachrichtigung erfolgt innerhalb von 21 Tagen nach Teilnahmeschluss per Direktnachricht über Instagram oder über die im Rahmen des Gewinnspiels bereitgestellten Kontaktdaten.
• Erfolgt innerhalb von 14 Tagen keine Rückmeldung, behält sich der Veranstalter vor, eine neue Gewinnerin oder einen neuen Gewinner zu ermitteln.
6. Versand
• Der Versand erfolgt ausschließlich innerhalb Deutschlands und ist für den Gewinner kostenlos.
• Für Lieferverzögerungen durch Versanddienstleister übernimmt der Veranstalter keine Haftung.
7. Datenschutz
• Personenbezogene Daten werden ausschließlich zur Durchführung des Gewinnspiels verwendet und nicht an Dritte weitergegeben, sofern keine gesetzliche Verpflichtung besteht.
• Es gelten die Datenschutzbestimmungen von Muc-Off Limited.
8. Sonstiges
• Dieses Gewinnspiel steht in keiner Verbindung zu YouTube, Instagram, Google oder Meta und wird in keiner Weise von diesen gesponsert, unterstützt oder organisiert.
• Der Veranstalter behält sich das Recht vor, das Gewinnspiel aus wichtigem Grund vorzeitig zu beenden oder anzupassen.
• Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen, soweit gesetzlich zulässig.

Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
• The competition is open to persons residing in Germany who are at least 18 years old.
• Participation is free of charge and not dependent on the purchase of a product.
• By participating, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.
• The following are excluded from participation:
– Employees of Muc-Off Limited,
– Companies involved in the organisation, execution, or provision of the prize,
– As well as their relatives.
2. Promotion Period
• The competition begins at 1300 CET, Thursday 9th April 2026.
• The closing date for entries is 23:59 CET, Friday 17th April 2026.
• Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.
3. Participation
Participation takes place via Instagram.
To enter, participants must:
– Follow the official German-language Muc-Off Instagram account;
– Like the official German-language competition post;
– Complete the steps described in the respective competition content.
• At the time of winner selection, participants must be a follower of the Instagram account.
• The organiser reserves the right to verify that entry requirements have been met.
• Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated in the competition content.
• Automated entries, multiple accounts, or attempts to manipulate the competition will result in disqualification.
• The organiser accepts no liability for technical issues or failures.
4. Prize
The prize consists of a Muc-Off product bundle.
• The bundle includes a selection of Muc-Off products determined by the organiser.
• The exact contents depend on availability and stock at the time of dispatch.
• There is no entitlement to specific products, even if they are shown or mentioned in the competition content.
• Cash payment, exchange, or transfer of the prize is not permitted.
• The organiser reserves the right to replace individual products with alternatives of equal or greater value.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
• The organiser’s decision is final.
• The winner will be notified within 21 days after the closing date via Instagram direct message or via the contact details provided as part of the competition.
• If no response is received within 14 days, the organiser reserves the right to select a new winner.
6. Delivery
• Delivery will take place within Germany only and is free of charge for the winner.
• The organiser accepts no liability for delays caused by shipping providers.
7. Data Protection
• Personal data will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the competition and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
• The data protection provisions of Muc-Off Limited apply.
8. Miscellaneous
• This competition is not affiliated with YouTube, Instagram, Google, or Meta and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by them in any way.
• The organiser reserves the right to terminate or modify the competition early for valid reasons.
• The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. Legal recourse is excluded where permitted by law.
