1. Eligibility and Entry Period

This giveaway is open globally to individuals aged 18 years and over. Employees of Muc-Off Ltd or any of their affiliates, partners, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

The giveaway begins at 12:00 BST on Friday 3rd October 2025 and ends at 23:59 BST on Monday  6th October 2025. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

3. Winner Selection and Notification

Two (2) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries after the giveaway closes. Muc-Off may use a third-party app or manual draw.

The winner will be contacted within 48 hours via Instagram (DM). They must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize and confirm delivery details.

If no response is received in time, a new winner may be selected.

2 YEAR PRESSURE WASHER WARRANTY

Terms and conditions

When purchased directly from muc-off.com, the Muc-Off Pressure Washer is covered under warranty by Muc-Off to be free of defective parts and materials for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase (or as otherwise stated at point of sale) providing the product is used for normal domestic duties. All warranty periods commence on the date of purchase and are none transferable.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty shall not apply to defects caused by:

  • Misuse
  • Neglect,
  • Accident or Damage
  • Improper storage, installation or handling
  • Frost damage / heat damage
  • Repair or alteration not carried out or authorised by Muc-Off or
  • Incorrect electrical supply voltage or using a UK/EU plug adapter
  • Contaminated water supply or unsuitable chemicals

The guarantee is limited to the provision of repairs, free of charge within the specified period providing the above conditions are met and the original proof of purchase is provided.

This warranty applies to products used for domestic use only and shall not apply to any products used for commercial purposes. Muc-Off shall not be liable in any event at any time for any indirect or consequential loss or damage. The rights and benefits under warranty are additional to your statutory rights which are not affected by this warranty.
