Moto Riders Rule the Weekend!
From the Redbull Ring to Darwin and Assen, Muc-Off athletes delivered wins, podiums and a world-title victory lap across MotoGP, MXGP and British Superbikes.
Some weekends are big. This one was proper filthy. Jorge Martín, Jeffrey Herlings and Scott Redding put Muc-Off colours at the sharp end of three major championships, combining outright speed with the kind of fight that makes racing impossible to look away from.
Scott Redding Doubles Up at Assen
Scott Redding and Hager PBM Racing opened the British Superbike Showdown in serious style at the TT Circuit Assen. Redding hit the front on the opening lap of race one and controlled the gap to win by 2.143 seconds. He doubled up in race two, leading from the start before rain brought out the red flag with two laps remaining.
A clean sweep came within touching distance in the finale. Redding joined the lead fight and attacked Kyle Ryde at the final chicane. A rear slide cost him drive, but he saved the bike and finished third, just 0.214 seconds from victory. Two wins and a podium made it a near-perfect weekend and kept him second in the championship.
Jorge Martín Fights Back in Austria
Jorge Martín started the Austrian Grand Prix weekend from pole, but his Sprint nearly unravelled in the opening corners. After leading into Turn 1, Jorge was forced wide into the next chicane by Marc Marquez, dropping the Aprillia rider back to eighth by Turn 3.
The Martinator got straight to work, carving through the field to reach second before Pedro Acosta's late crash promoted him to the lead. Martín stayed clean under pressure and took the chequered flag, reclaiming the MotoGP championship lead by three points.
Sunday brought another measured attack. Martín led early and pushed Acosta all the way, eventually finishing second as the KTM rider claimed his first MotoGP Grand Prix victory. With title rival Marc Márquez fifth, Martín left the Red Bull Ring 12 points clear at the top of the standings.
Jeffrey Herlings Finishes the Job in Australia
Already crowned 2026 MXGP World Champion, Jeffrey Herlings arrived at the Darwin season finale with nothing left to prove - then delivered another perfect score anyway. The Honda HRC PETRONAS rider won both motos to complete his eighth consecutive 1-1 Grand Prix weekend and his 13th overall win of the season.
Herlings controlled the opening race after moving into the lead early. In race two, a difficult first corner left him in the pack, but he charged to second before the end of lap one and later made the winning pass. He closed the championship with 22 race wins and 973 points - a properly dominant end to a title-winning campaign.
Three Championships One Huge Result
A MotoGP Sprint win and championship lead. An MXGP sweep from the newly crowned world champion. Two BSB victories and three podiums from three starts.
That is a serious haul from one weekend - and a massive effort from every rider, mechanic and team member behind it.
