POOLE MAY 2nd, 2025 — FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: For Muc-Off is excited to confirm a new partnership with PBM Racing for the 2025 Bennetts British Superbike season.
With nine BSB titles under their belt, PBM Racing has long set the standard at the front of the grid. Now led by Jordan and Frank Bird, the team heads into the 2025 season with Glenn Irwin back on the Ducati Panigale V4R—and Muc-Off back in the garage, supporting every step of the journey with their comprehensive clean, protect, and lubricant motorcycle products.
“We’re stoked to have Muc-Off on board for 2025. Our mechanics are big fans of their products and how they perform under race pressure. Whether it’s prepping a chain or protecting components between sessions, the Muc-Off range makes a big difference. It’s great to be working with a brand that really understands racing and what we need to compete at the sharp end.” Jordan Bird, Co-owner at PBM Racing.
From drivetrain prep and deep cleans to protective sprays and advanced ceramic technologies, Muc-Off’s products are engineered to perform at the highest level. PBM will have access to Muc-Off’s most advanced formulations to keep their bikes running fast, smooth, and faultlessly maintained under pressure. This includes team bikes being coated with Muc-Off’s Ceramic Protection, which helps reduce friction and enhance overall efficiency – crucial benefits when every split-second counts on the track.
This isn’t the first time the two have teamed up - Muc-Off was part of PBM’s title-winning 2019 season with Scott Redding. The chemistry was there then, and it’s back again now with fresh energy and serious ambition.
As part of the partnership, PBM will also play a key role in Muc-Off’s product testing program. Real-world feedback from elite race conditions is an essential part of how Muc-Off develops and refines its products. By integrating top-level riders, the brand ensures that its innovations aren’t just tested in labs but proven in the heat of competition – before filtering down to benefit everyday riders across the globe.
“We are working hand-in-hand with the team to test and develop our most advanced technologies in some of the toughest conditions out there. What we learn on track with PBM will shape the next generation of performance products for all riders, from Sunday cruisers to full-blown racers. We’re buzzing to be back together again and can’t wait to see what the season brings.” Alex Trimnell, CEO of Muc-Off.
With pre-season testing underway and round one just around the corner, the countdown is officially on for what promises to be another epic season for BSB fans.

ABOUT MUC-OFF:
Back in 1991 Rex and Marilyn Trimnell got things started with X-Lite UK. After designing and manufacturing the world’s first twin crown bicycle fork, Rex created a perfectly pink spray to clean his kit. To cut a long story short, Rex’s cleaner was the best thing since sliced bread, and it wasn’t long before word got out and Muc-Off was born.
Fast-forward to now and Muc-Off is the go-to brand for top riders. And, in case you haven’t noticed, we do a bit more than our original pink cleaner these days.
